Hair Cuts

Malerie and I got our Hairs Cut yesterday, here are the before and after photo's and I know it's just a trim but it feels so much better!

What a week!

Jonny and I have had such a CrAzY week! Well mainly weekend, on Friday it was my wards relief society Fall Fling, and I had such a great time, we made these Believe signs I love them! Here is a picture of what it looks like

It was a late night, we were able to be there from 6-12am it was at a lady in my wards beautiful home, I also made a cross-stitched stocking with our last name on it, that was really cute too but I dont have a picture of it. Also on Friday night my little Sister Malerie got engaged. She's engaged to a guy she met at BYU his name is Stephen Greco and he's from North Carolina, we are so excited for them, he's such a great guy!

On Saturday Jonny had to work from 7:30 to about 4 so that kinda sucked, but my sister Aubrey and Josh went to the BYU Football game so my brother Noah and I watched her kids Savannah and Jameson, we took them to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point.

After that we went and picked up Jonny and we went to In n Out which just opened up here in Orem, the line was of course out the door and Jameson wasn't very happy because he was so cold but wouldn't stand under the heaters cuz that was too hot. He is so funny, after that my mom came and got Noah and Aubrey came and got her kids and it was a date night for Jonny and I. We went and saw the movie The Blind Side and oh man it was soooooo good! I laughed! I cried! It was like 2 hours long too. It was really good, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Yesterday was Sunday and I really really like the ward were in, Jonny is a Financial Clerk in the ward and I just got a calling yesterday, I am a Sunday School teacher for the 15-16 year old, Im really excited, hopefully everything will go well for the next month or so and then I'll be getting a new class, cuz of the new year.

Speaking of that! I cant believe it's already Thanksgiving this week! Man time sure has flown by this year, this economy has been hard on everyone and I hope this new year is a lot better.

Disneyland

Jonny and I just got back from a WONDERFUL Vacation with the Martinez Family! We went to San Diego and stayed at Jonny's uncle's house and went to Disneyland and Knots Berry Farm with his family! We had so much fun with everyone and want to especially thank Cindy for all her hard work to get us all there! Thanks sooooooooo much! We had a great time!!!!!

1 Year Anniversary

On Saturday Jonny and I celebrated our 1 Year Anniversary! This year sure has gone by fast! We started out the morning by going to Temple Square in Salt Lake, which is where we were married a year ago. But we attended the Saturday morning session of Conference. It was really good. If you haven't ever been to Conference I would suggest it! So at the beginning of Conference my stomach was really starting to hurt, I think I was hungry, and I was kinda nervous that we would have to leave cuz it hurt so bad, so I said a prayer and then I fell asleep on Jonny's shoulder, I woke up and the first speaker was talking and I felt 100% better! I was so happy! After an amazing session of Conference we went to our Favorite restaurant Tacano's! It's amazing! I am so thankful to be married to Jonny for all of Eternity! I love him so much and he means everything to me! Happy Anniversary!

My Husband cracks me up!

Jonny is sssssoooooooo funny! He is constantly trying to make me laugh, which isn't very hard because I laugh at everything. But he just cracks me up. We were at my moms a while ago and I dont know where she got this but it's a knights helmet and Jonny put it on...

On Saturday we went to the Penrod BBQ with my family and my Mom painted the little kids faces and Jonny let me paint "eyes" on his eyelids, so when he closed his eyes they looked open, well it turned out kinda scary...

We had a prayer on the food and I whispered to Jonny during the prayer to close his eyes! lol

And this picture was taken at Aubrey's house, he got outta the shower and grabbed the towel closest to him which happens to be our 2 year old Nephew Jameson's towel.

Oh Honey I love you so much, thanks for always making me laugh!

Sacramento Trip

So this past weekend I was able to go to Sacramento for my cousin's wedding! It was soooooo BEAUTIFUL! I wish I would brought the camera, but we cant find it.

Here is Daniel and Ashley with my Uncle Mike and my Aunt Lynette! I'm so excited for them and the whole day was absolutely beautiful!

I had a great time with Megan & Joe and the girls! They are so fun. Isabella calls me ninnie ( and so does Savannah and Jameson) but she was quiet surprised to find out my name is Whitney, she told Joe that that wasn't my name and that my name is ninnie. :) It was so fun!

Have you Forgotten

I am so emotional today I can hardly stand it. Ever since I woke up I cannot stop thinking about 9-11-01 I remember that day like it was yesterday, I was getting ready for school, I was a Freshman and my Aunt Tamra called us and I answered "Turn on the TV!" And I asked what channel and she said it doesn't matter, just as I turned it on and was taking it in the second airplane crashed into the Twin Towers, I'll never forget that and I wont forget the feelings I'm feeling right now as I remember that Day.

Today is also the 5 year anniversary of burying my Dad, I miss him so much.

I'm sorry if this post is making you feel bad, I have to put my emotions somewhere. I cant help but think of my Savior today, I know he lives and loves me, I'm so thankful for the Sacrifice he went through, I love him with all my heart!

I love these kids!

Savannah and Jamison are so fun to play with! Aubrey and the kids came up to my Mom's and my Mom got these new swings on the balcony and Jonny and I had so much fun swinging with them.

This next weekend I am going to Sacramento for my cousin Daniel's wedding! I get to see Megan's girls! I am so excited to spend the weekend with them!

First Day of School

Scary Movies

I have decided I dont like scary movies anymore. I cant do it! Jonny and I LOVED Scary movies in High School (maybe it was just because we got to hold each other that much closer :) but maybe it's because were getting older, maybe because we dont live at home with our parents, maybe were just big babies, I dont know. Anywho, Jonny rented THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT which just happens to be based on a true story. Freakin Scary! Dont see it unless you never want to sleep happily ever again! And it doesn't help that Jonny go's to school before I leave and doesn't get home till late! I usually go home and eat lunch but not today, I am still way to freaked! I called my Mom and she excused Noah from School and I went and picked him up for lunch, it was really fun! He cracks me up, we mainly talked about scary movies but it was nice. So I started taking him back to school and I asked him what time his next class starts at and he told me "Oh it ends at 1:55" (and I look at the clock and it says 1:30) he didn't tell me he only had a 25 minute lunch break! Oh well it's not like we do this alot. But I had a great time with Noah today at lunch!

Ps Im going straight over to my Mom's tonight to do laundry! There is no way Im going home all by myself!

Fun with Friends!

Like two, three some odd weeks ago Mine and Jonny's friends came out to visit us from Reno and we had so much fun, we went to Tacano's and up to Salt Lake Temple and we went to Lagoon! We also went to this place called Trafalgas in Orem and went to the batting cages there, we had a really great time with them and they are welcome back ANYTIME!! Here are some pictures of us.
